Under the supervision and support of the WBI, the regional coach will:
1- Meet with key high-level stakeholders within the Ministry of Local and Administrative Development, the
Head of the Egypt Taxation Authority and the Large Tax Payers Centre to be de-briefed on the challenges
that they anticipate.
2- Identifying results focus areas inside the pilot institutions.
3- Confirming an authorizing environment from the top management for further implementation.
4- Identifying key players and stakeholders who are concerned by the issues and / or who have the profile to
form the teams based on the challenges selected.
5- Shaping / pre-identifying some Rapid Results Initiatives (RRI) with the aim of implementing improvement
plans aligned with each institution KPIs.
6- Accompany the implementation of the RRIs and guide / alleviate possible blockages, facilitate
communication and support monitoring of progress.
