Making electrical BOQs, receiving electrical works from contractors, approvinge
elctrical materials in accordance with the technical specifications of the Ministry of
education, signing executive plans and extracts, and writing to the Saudi
electricity Company to deliver electrical current to the projects.Responsibility role in
this project: Senior Electrical Engineer, Technical Support in General Administration of
education Construction Affairs Department, application of international standards and
industry codes (BS, NFP, NEC, IEEE, ANSI, NEMA, API, and ASI).
The projects that have been supervised are:the educational building of the university
loaned to the Ministry of higher Education by the Department of Education in Tabuk,
Al-Ward District The educational building of the university loaned to the Ministry of
Higher Education by the Tabuk Education Department in Diaba. Tabuk, electrical
maintenancen Itermediate school 3 girls, and elementary school, Abdullah bin
Masoud, Tabuk region, electrical maintenance .Secondary School 22 for girls in Al-
Qadisiyah district, Tabuk. Elementary school Abu Jaafar Al-Mansour, Al-Bawadi
district, Tabuk. Badr High School, Tabuk Region, comprehensive electrical
maintenance
The work tasks were: -
Studying technical specifications, project contracts and bill of quantities for electrical
works for buildings and schools of the Education Department in Tabuk.
Carrying out an electrical technical assessment of the condition of the existing
buildings and schools and submitting a report to the Director of Building Affairs to do
the necessary maintenance and replace the panels, air conditioners, lighting fixtures,
grounding system and protection from lightning strikes that need to be changed.
Evaluating the status of fire alarm systems, fire extinguishers, and gas detection
systems in laboratories and elevators, and conducting experiments on them.
Coordination with contractors and the Electricity Company in Tabuk with plans and all
electrical materials for approval according to the specifications of the Saudi Electricity
Company, technical specifications and contractual terms.
Approving the materials used for electrical works in accordance with the technical
specifications and contractual terms according to the national product first or the
alternative of the highest international standards.
Test and review papers and craftsmanship of engineers and technicians working on
projects for electrical work.
Continuously following up on all electrical work that takes place at the sites during
implementation, directing advice and guidance, and submitting a report to the
Director of Building Affairs.
Submit weekly and monthly reports to the Director of Building Affairs Department on
the rate of work progress at sites and any violations that may occur in the projects.
Conducting regular tests before releasing the electric current, which are measuring
grounding resistance and lightning arrester, measuring the quality of cable insulation,
connection quality and numbering of what has been implemented according to the
approved plans.
Project electrical current launch, voltage and current tests, voltage loss level, load
balancing in general, general site lighting in the associated panel of the solar cell, air
conditioners and voltage. Electrical exits and elevators.
Conducting tests on the fire alarm system, fire extinguishing and gas detector in the
laboratories to ensure that they work in accordance with technical specifications and
to ensure the validity of fire extinguishers with carbon dioxide.
Attending the preliminary handover of the project in preparation for handing it over to
the beneficial owner.
Review and approval of final plans AS BUILT DRWING.Review inventory and final
summary of what has been implemented.

electronic problems such as (UPS, Fire alarm, BMS).Preparing the crisis reports.
