We manage customers, who calls the Vodafone 191 more than four times within a month. Most of those customers have issues that haven’t been resolved from the first time due to the service levels or the empowerment scope of the agents. However, we are more empowered to resolve all the situations for the customers to save their time and their experience with the service.
