- Established the program implementation requirements for all areas of assigned projects and monitor the draft and final deliverables for adherence to those criteria.
- Worked with managers, project engineers, and discipline leads to develop budgets, schedules, and plans for the various elements of assigned projects. Ensuring that assigned projects meet or exceed goals established in these plans.
- Worked with the key project individuals to devise and execute action plans to rectify potential conflicts, coordination issues, delays, or to accommodate significant changes to the scope of work. Advise the client of any such changes.
- Assisted on some of the work regarding project management and dealing with Cost
Estimate Request.
- Got the ability to read mechanical and electrical shop drawings such as (P&ID, Isometric,
and Electrical One Line).
- Learned about the types of wells and the equipment that is used in their production
process
- Learned about the various processes of water desalination as well as utilized power
generation methods inside the plant and implemented safety precautions and
procedures.
- Gained the knowledge of performing preventive & corrective maintenance activities
to the different plant equipment.
Worked on several tasks including the design of structures and parts for robotics that the company produced that summer.
