Overall control of Employees Relations functions; contribute at both strategic and operational level in order to identify ER priorities and recommend appropriate people management solutions which support company’s aims, in addition to provide a Employees -focused ER services.
Handled the full Recruitment Cycle, initiating it by posting a job, technical screening and shortlisting resumes, conducting interviews, extending offers, and introducing candidates to the team.
-Hire and transfer manpower for Land 3D crews and Land 2D Vibroseis seismic crew, which combined have acquired over 50, 000 square of seismic data in Saudi Arabia alone.
-Managing Saudi Arabia (Aramco) projects and United Arab Emirates (Adnoc) projects in talent acquisition & Hiring, Mobilizing, transfer manpower across different projects & Head Office.
- Discuss actual qualifications, capabilities required for the projects for the Right candidates.
- Search potential candidates according to the qualifications and capabilities of Project Candidates.
-Worked on Demobalizaiton projects plan
- Writing & analyzing Organization Job Descriptions.
- Follow up with the on-boarding process. (Medical Test, Background investigation, Visa submission etc.)
-delivering and overseeing the training of individuals or groups of employees
-Design and create training manuals, online learning modules, and course materials through SuccessFactor.
-Assist in the evaluation of training programs.
• Responsible for All of the Recruitment in ABC (Local - Overseas - Saudization- Subcontracts).
• Responsible for all of the recruitment Reports.
• Responsible the Onboarding of the New selected employees.
• Responsible for Preparation all of the recruitment Reports.
• Responsible Manpower Employment (Local - Overseas - Saudization).
• Responsible Manpower Development (Training - Performance).
• Responsible for measure Quality Overall Performance of HR.
• Responsible for SAP HCM Projects.
• Responsible for ( HRDF - Taqat - Mol- Ajeer )
• Deal with Vacation and EOS (End Of Service) Settlement.
Achievements:
• Prepared new Procedure to control the Quality of HR (HR MONTLY REPORT) and put KPI’s for each Department to improve the weakness on Performance.
• Centralized the HR Procedure in Al Qaryan.
• Prepared Recruitment Procedures.
• Active Development Department (Coop Training - Internal and External Tiring).
• Prepared Training plan for 2018 and Training Procedures.
• Prepared fill Study for Saudization plan, Ajeer & SMP.
• Apply the Saudization for (Finance - IT - Operation- Shipping) and percentage now around 20% for each Department.

• Have been set the (IER) Interview Evaluation Report that supported and helped a lot for recruitment department.
• Creating training recording on Learning Management System (LMS) for the new employee joining Recruitment department.
•Creating GOSI undertaking to improve the recruitment process.
•Creating new Criteria to calculate salaries in the company.
