-Oversee a R & D project of a Micro Near-infrared spectrometer for food analysis
-Electrical and Optical design, including: High precision controlling of stepper motor positioning, optical geometry positions, light-guide equipment, light grating, photodetector, data-acquisitions and programing all in one framework.
-Chemo-metrics statistical analysis (MATLAB Based), analyzing spectrums from a chemical point of view and identifying molecular compounds.
-MATLAB based controlling: designing and modeling of mechanical and electrical systems, open/close loop analysis, step response analysis, improving system response using PID controller.
-Building and implementing an analog PID controller for angle positioning, motor based.
-Pneumatic system design including: single and double acting cylinder, pneumatic values, limit switches and timing values.
-PLC and pneumatic system implementation.
- Major project: Commissioning and programming of two resins plant reactors at (vasatech sdn bhd, Malaysia ), including:
- HMI (Wonderware, Intouch ), PLC (Siemens S7 300 ), Report generating ( VBN, Excel macro )
-Upgrading a DRUM FILLING machine from Omron PLC (CP1E) to Siemens SIMATIC S7 200 (CPU 224) PLC at (UNITAT sdn bhd, Malaysia), Including: Hardware reconfiguration and commissioning.
-Designing an auto generating daily reports at ( Barry Callebaut sdn bhd Malaysia), Including : Wonderware HMI reporting.
- Major project: Installation, commissioning and programming of SCADA (Siemens WinCC flexible ) system for 7 RO (Reverse osmosis) at Nestle water factory Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
- Medium level PLC (Siemens SIMATIC) programming for other project including milk pasteurization process.
