- Verify that project activities are progressing as planned and schedules are being followed.
- Proactively address productivity, scope, and schedule issues to enhance performance.
- Participate in preparing detailed project schedules, incorporating critical path analysis.
- Act as a primary interface between external and internal stakeholders, contractors, and suppliers, ensuring effective communication and alignment with project goals.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports for senior management, providing detailed project progress updates
- Prepare and review technical documents, drawings, and submittals for the project
- Attend stakeholder meetings and client visits to address concerns and ensure their expectations are met or exceeded.
- Monitor contractors’ performance and progress, ensuring adherence to project scope, budget, and schedule.
- Identify potential project risks, develop mitigation Plans, and continually monitor risk throughout the project life cycle.
- Conduct on-site inspections to verify compliance with project specifications.
- Collaborate with procurement teams to acquire necessary materials and equipment.
- Review supplier drawing submittals and perform technical bid analyses, ensuring that materials and services meet the requirements and standards.
