Ready to eat cooked chilled items, ice cream, pizza and bakery products.
Tasks & Duties
•Managing daily manufacturing operations to ensure the quality of raw materials, in-process, and finished goods through timely analytical evaluations.
•Conduct daily product evaluations on finished goods from the previous day.
•Performs a wide variety of inspections, checks, tests and sampling procedures for the manufacturing process according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
•Performs in-process inspection and documents results.
•Monitors critical equipment and instrumentation.
•Provides guidance to employees and supervises the work group.
•Completing required reports and documentation Writing inspection procedures and checklists as necessary.
•Responsible for regulatory inspections and findings including all follow-up.
•Provide technical support to production and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements
•Assist production management in researching information for customer complaints.
•Oversees development and implementation of standards, methods and procedures for inspecting.
•Conduct plant audits with regard to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
•Responsible to ensure that HACCP, Quality Assurance programs, and BRC regulatory compliance are maintained.
•Provide leadership and training development to the Quality Control (QC) technician team.
•Maintains and updates the document control and tracking databases.
• Train and manage technical departmental staff as and when required.
•Assist with monitor and review the training records for all employees. Review the current cleaning schedules and specifications. Make amendments as and when required. Carrying out any training required as and when identified.
•Monitor inbound materials, in process, and finished product specification: recommend changes where appropriate
•Understand manufacturing risks with relation to Food Safety issues.
•Ensure the Companies Policies and statements are applied continuously and that the company’s statements and policies are continually reviewed and amended to avoid breach of any local or statutory legislation.
•Complete and submit brief all required reports to GM.
•Ensure keep all records and the documentation of technical issues.
•Make recommendations for improvements to the current operation from the technical aspect and with a view to improved efficiencies.

Products :Canned vegetables, Beans, Tomato Paste, Vinegar, meat, mushrooms, empty cans making.
• Responsible for managing all quality assurance, quality Control, hygiene and food safety related aspects in "Canning factory".
• Issue the work instruction, control plans, and new quality Documentations for the department.
•Troubleshooting for the empty cans making line and the filling line (tin sheets slitter, welding, double seaming- filling, Sterilization (static & rotary autoclaves), Packaging, Etc…).
•Customers complain Analysis and identifying the potential bottleneck and submitting a corrective Action plan when necessary.
• Implement and maintain ISO 9001-2000 quality Management systems and (HACCP) systems.
• Implement and maintain ISO 14001 environmental systems.
• Coordinate external and internal quality / food safety audits for the facility.
• Ensures that Factory and environs is maintained in conformity with good housekeeping principles and that safety equipment/apparatus is accessible and in working condition.
• GMPs and food safety procedures are understood, instilled at all levels of employment,
And monitored throughout all areas of the facility and levels of employment.
• Manage fixed expenses, labor, and material costs within the department.
• Manage Raw Material, packing M & Finished Goods Products Storage. related to Standard and first in first out rules.

•Supervise (ISO 9001-2000) Documentation& Implementation.
•Supervise (HACCP) Documentation & Implementation.
•Supervise Food safety and HACCP program.
•Supervise Pest control system.
•Supervise (Cleaning and Sanitation for the Factory).
•Supervise product release to shipment.
