Manage the procurement department (contract, vendor management and operation function).

Manage procurement operations (technical and general category) then i was acting on procurement director position which required to manage all procurement functions.

Support the Project owners in terms of budgetary proposals building SOW, suggest suppliers and make
sure all purchasing requirements included.
- Plan the procurement activities as per the operating plan and PMO plan.
- Working closely with PMO to execute the strategic projects that may lead to engage suppliers.
- Process re-engineer (PR and PO Level, Supplier management, payment and GRN process).
- Establish customer experience and surveys to develop procurement services.
- Establish dashboards with reports for all procurement functions to present the department performance to the CHRO on
weekly basis.
- Representing the procurement department across the company departments and committees.

Lead a team of four professional buyers to achieve the department and company goals.
- Responsible for Order Placement Timing, Supply and Demand Alignment, Material Replenishment.
- Building and updating the supplier’s data base along with continuously monitoring, evaluating and improving
supplier performance as per the company and governments compliance.
- Outsourced %20 of the operational orders to focus on the big values projects.
- Negotiate commercial, payment terms and TCO.
- Delegating projects and tasks to the team members with load distribution
criteria.
- Working closely with legal departments and establish new contracts, GTC and NDA

Sourcing, handling the biddings, negotiation contracts terms and conditions handle high-value projects focusing on
strategic projects prepare reports create POs, register and evaluate new suppliers, assist the procurement manager on
daily basis for multiple tasks.

- Involved in suppliers development program.
- Strategic sourcing and engage global suppliers for direct materials.
- Responsible for Cash Buyer and 2 Purchasing groups for poultry and services projects.
- Negotiate the proposals, framework agreements blanket agreements and contracts.
- Coordinate for the logistics freight coast and custom clearance and provide the required documents with the procurement
support function to fulfill the other government's requirements.

- Working with planning team and End-users to purchase direct materials as per the plan and forecast.
- Supplier registration, new materials registration in SFDA and company system.
- Negotiate the prices and create POs, Blanket agreements and handle RFI, RFP and RFQ.

- Coordinating with the company brokers to release the company shipments from sea and airports.
- Prepare the required documents and shipment file.
- Prepare and submit exemption papers and coordinate with concerned buyers and other related departments.
- Create daily reports to control the shipments and avoid demurrage and detentions and responsible for filling the
shipments data in the system.

- Provided primary customer support to internal and external customers.
- Answered product and service questions, suggesting other offerings to attract potential customers.
- Recorded account information to open new customer accounts.
- Coordinating with team members to enhance customer service experience and exceed team goals through effective client
satisfaction rates.

- Receive and deal with customer claims in order to coordinate with the concerned department to solve customer issues.
- Coordinate with the health providers to make sure all patient and approval orders on time.
- Answers and explain all customers’ questions about the policy and CHI guidelines and benefits.
