- SAR 1.2 Million saving per Year by Re-organized Palletizing structure by applied OPM project.
- Create new reports to tackle a lot of problems such as (physical receiving box report, box forming report and shrink wrap report).
- Improve the Overall Equipment Efficiency "OEE" by using "Root Cause Analysis".
- Member of team that establish Operation Daily Direction Setting on the Production side in plant.
- Leading projects as owner such as :
1- Establish Team Level Performance Tracking.
2- Establish the Safety Checklist for unsafe behavior.
3- Establish visual board to the production site for the production tracking hour by hour
- Rotation in three department :
1- Production: Operate the production lines.
2- Quality: Define the Quality defect and How to avoid it.
3- Maintenance: Handle the troubleshooting.
