Install, configure, and troubleshoot Desktops, Laptops, printers, scanners and other peripherals
Installing and troubleshooting of Medical Applications like Pharmacy (CIS Application), SAM, Radiology Applications like PACs, Medical Permit System, Oracle Based Applications etc…….
Manage user and computer accounts in Active Directory 2003
Installing and configuring email clients and managing Rules for clients
Configure & troubleshoot Intranet and Internet applications
Responsible for conducting technical training & documentation
responsible for providing all areas of computer related support including installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of personal computers, peripherals and applications software.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Install hardware and peripheral components such as monitors, keyboards, printers and disk drives on users’ premises.
Remote desktop support
PC/ Laptop installation
Performing backups of data
Works with Help Desk and Network Operations staff as appropriate to determine and resolve problems received from clients
Adding/deleting/modifying user account information, resetting password, etc
Creating and distributing computer image.
Configure, troubleshoot mail user account. Ability to build a network from scratch.
Administrating Windows 2000 Server Active Directory.
Administrating Windows 2000 & XP Client.
Administrating Microsoft Exchange 2000.
Perform and troubleshoot an attended installation of Windows.
Prepare a computer to meet upgrade requirements.
Perform post-installation updates and product activation.
Restore and back up the operating system, System State data, and user data which cover :
Recover System State data and user data by using Windows Backup.
Troubleshoot system restoration by starting in safe mode.
Recover System State data and user data by using the Recovery console.
Manage applications by using Windows Installer packages.
Implementing, Managing, and Troubleshooting Network Protocols and Services
Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Remote Desktop and Remote Assistance.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Administrating Windows XP, 2000, vista, and windows7. Client.
Control and implemented the systems for Sales (back office & point of seal).
Perform and troubleshoot an attended installation of Windows.
Connect to local and network print devices which cover :
Manage printers and print jobs.
Control access to printers by using permissions.
Installing toner, drum, and built unit for printers.
Printer fault finding and repair.
Restore and backup user’s data.
Configure, manage, and troubleshoot local user and user rights.
Answering service desk phone calls from users(Call receiving, call dispatching, Call tracking,
Follow up with engineers & vendors).
Resolving client PC hardware/software faults.
Providing guidance and advice to users on the use of standard applications.
Installs new workstation, printers, related hardware and upgrades existing workstations.
- Administrate large DB(Pervasive SQL & Cache ) installations with knowledge of the following areas:-
