- Help and manage in global functional and technical designs for Oracle Supply Chain track that incorporate with Oracle leading practice and minimize reliance on customization.
- Make sure that customization, integration, and data conversions that incorporate with Oracle leading practice are consistent with Oracle design and development guidelines and standards.
- Enhance long-term sustainability and upgradeability of the Oracle software through adherence
to the above goals.
- Review the Application Solution Mapping Process design (RD.011 Future Process document
To-Be), (RD.012 Organization Structure), (MC30 Business Requirements Mapping), against
Oracle’s standard process flow definitions.
- Recommend noninvasive approaches to address identified gaps in the Procurement Modules.
Project:
Qatar Armed Forces Inventory Implementation
Qatar Armed Forces are the military forces of the State of Qatar.
The current implementation project covers the inventory cycle using Oracle Inventory module
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Convert and migrate the suitable strategy for various modules
- Plan and perform enterprise platform upgrade, expansions and new implementation
project
- Define guidelines and rules to manage the application architecture
- Execute the process relevant to supporting applications
Successfully completed the following projects:
• Oracle Analytics Cloud Implementation
Functional Experience:
- Build dashboards to display the profit and loss income statement details with drilling pages up
the business line including: Sales, Cost of Sales, Operating Expenses, Profit and Loss. In
addition, building dashboards to display the balance sheet as well as the following important
KPIs: Inventory, Accounts Receivable and Payables Turnovers, and inventory days as well as
the cash convention cycle.
- Build dashboard to display the nets sales and the related contribution margin based on the
integration with point of sales system.
Technical Experience:
- Build data schema for the profit and loss income statement as well as the sales dashboards
by integrating Oracle E-Business Suite and the point of sales with Oracle Autonomous
Warehouse on the cloud using Oracle Cloud Data Integration

- Add the failure code, action and resolution for the assets.
- Build the preventive maintenance template sets for the required assets.
Technical Experience:
- Define the technical procedure to use the necessary Oracle APIs in order load the assets,
failure analysis and preventive maintenance hierarchy.

- Custom solution to calculate the landed cost of the item received at the port from the supplier
in order to affect the item average cost.

- It was needed upon receiving the containers at the port to track and affect the landed cost on
the trade items before transferring them to the warehouse.
Successfully delivered projects by managing a team with the following roles:
- Gather and identify the requirements, gap analysis, as-is business process analysis and
future business process mapping
- Complete all Conference Room Pilot (CRP), training, and UAT cycles with track leaders and
cycle owners
- Responsible for delivering functional support to key users and cycle owners including
assessing new requirements.
• Last Mile Pallet Tracking: A solution was built on hand held devices to track the shipped pallets
to the customer
• Mira Implementation: A new sales system was implemented as a replacement of the used one.
The old system was limited where the business was expanded and planned to implement a new
solution to fulfill the new business requirements.
• Oracle E-Business Server Database Upgrade: Upgrade the database to version 12c for better
performance and use the newer release capabilities.
• Oracle E-Business Suite Process Manufacturing Implementation
• E-Invoicing: Build the Oracle e-Business Suite B2B and B2C invoice reports based on the Zatca
requirements

Projects: Human Resource Development Funds Advanced Procurement Implementation
Human Resource Development Fund is semi-governmental project helps in employment resettlement in the private sector. The current implementation project covers the advanced procurement cycle using the following modules:
- Oracle iProcurement
- Oracle iSupplier Portal
- Oracle Sourcing
- Oracle Service Procurement
- Oracle Procurement Contracts
