- Help and manage in global functional and technical designs for Oracle Supply Chain track that incorporate with Oracle leading practice and minimize reliance on customization.
- Make sure that customization, integration, and data conversions that incorporate with Oracle leading practice are consistent with Oracle design and development guidelines and standards.
- Enhance long-term sustainability and upgradeability of the Oracle software through adherence
to the above goals.
- Review the Application Solution Mapping Process design (RD.011 Future Process document
To-Be), (RD.012 Organization Structure), (MC30 Business Requirements Mapping), against
Oracle’s standard process flow definitions.
- Recommend noninvasive approaches to address identified gaps in the Procurement Modules.

Qatar Armed Forces Inventory Implementation
Qatar Armed Forces are the military forces of the State of Qatar.
The current implementation project covers the inventory cycle using Oracle Inventory module

- It was needed upon receiving the containers at the port to track and affect the landed cost on
the trade items before transferring them to the warehouse.
Successfully delivered projects by managing a team with the following roles:
- Gather and identify the requirements, gap analysis, as-is business process analysis and

- Complete all Conference Room Pilot (CRP), training, and UAT cycles with track leaders and
