Real Estate development, Solar energy, Speed monitoring & Traffic management systems,
Security Surveillance, Medical & Hospital supplies, Agriculture & Livestock, with offices in
Europe, North America, East Asia and North Africa.
My consultations focus in the areas of Project Management, Quality assurance & control, setting
policies & procedures, managing tenders, as well as conducting feasibility studies, and
comparative reports for potential projects.
Since March 2016, I am assigned as Project Manager working on innovative farming solutions
at Hada Al Sham Afandi Farms near Makkah. The project aims to utilize hydro membrane and
water-saving technologies for the mass cultivation of vegetables and barely.
Sakaka 300MW SOLAR Bid in KSA (January 2018)
Managed tender requirements with Renewable Energy Project Development Office (REPDO)
for Sakaka project bid, A 300 MW capacity project north of Saudia, as a member of Cobra
consortium with Canadian Solar and other local investors.
Morocco Government Bid for Law Enforcement Systems (July 2013)
I managed tender requirements for Etihad Al Afandi to participate at the above tender in which
we were shortlisted among 2 other international known names at the industry Vitronic &
Redflex.

Led a team of engineers and technicians to supervise the execution of 4 consecutive Hypermarkets/Malls type projects in Jeddah, Riyadh and Makkah consisting of composite structures of Steel, and Precast Concrete Buildings.
Coordinated full design packages from USA designer Dewberry & Davis in Washington DC, for design requirements, owners perspectives, local municipalities, and government agencies.
Incorporated technical, resources, risks, budgets, operational and regulatory requirements into project plans.

Managed tenders processes and provided analysis reports to help higher management choose the right partners.
Interfaced with different Government agencies to comply with their specs and requirements

Directed team of engineers to monitor progress, budgets, manpower, resources, milestones and compliance of schedules to planned ones with conformance to project objectives, codes, terms and conditions, quality of work done, and reported status visibility to higher management.
Designed periodical maintenance schedules & headed the firefighting committee.

A unique chain of 28 outlets across Saudi Arabia dealing with Stationery, Office supplies, Office
Furniture, School, and Gifts items yet looks like supermarkets.
Built 6 showroom of various sizes: Jeddah, Khobar, Yanbu, Jobail, and performed renovation
concept works for all branches, applying cost effective parameters, and energy saving practices.
Managed the construction of All Maktaba steel compass monument in Jeddah A composite
structure of steel and concrete 33 meters high covered with Galvanized metal plates that
resembles engineering instruments and the quest for knowledge, and was mentioned in 1989
Guinness book of world records, and turned to be one of Jeddah landmarks roundabouts

Designed and Built Boksmati Plaza: An elegant 3000 sq. concrete shopping arcade located at
the intersection of Tahlia & Madinah Road in Jeddah. Designed & supervised a residential
project.
