-Implementation of the RBI method (Risk Based Inspection) in
accordance with API standards 580/581/653.

-Scheduling and technical procedures elaboration.

SITE PROJECT MANAGER within the ROHRER GROUP (industrial services) for MITSUI-DAEWOO thermal insulation project of JLEC(Client) unite 5&6 thermal power Plant and OCP(Client) ODI P1&P3, Project turnover exceeds 220 million dirham
• Ensure completion of work within the rules of art and application of standards and norms of quality and Safety.
• Project and staff management from the departure phase to the receipt by the client.
•Management of a thermal insulation project (turnover 23 MMAD ) for TEKFEN (EPC Contractor.) and JACOBS Engineering SA (PMC role), OCP as Client
•Writing necessary procedures: technical, HSE and quality.
•Progress monitoring of undertaken work: drawing preparations, coordination with the various parties (TEKFEN, JACOBS, OCP) through regular meetings, estimation and procurement of all needed materials for the project.
•Ensure completion of work within the rules of art and application of quality and HSE procedures and policies
