2. Study the Drawings and Customer requirements and Scope of Work

4. Estimating New/Variations/Revising quotes for Structured Cabling, Fiber cabling, CCTV, Access control, Gate Barrier, and Intercom System
5. Designing and implementation of solutions based on Customer requirements or complaints to Consultant/Clients comments
6. Designing and implementation of Telecommunication pathways as per standards
7. Designing, Installation and execution of Optical Fiber Cable, Copper Cable, CCTV, Access control, Gate Barrier, and Intercom System
8. Designing Schematic diagram for Structured Cabling System, Fiber cabling, CCTV, Access control, Gate Barrier, and Intercom System
9. Preparing Tender Submittal (Technical & Commercial)
10. Preparing Summary Design for Structured Cabling Proposal, Fiber Cabling and CCTV and ACS
11. Responsible for all quality and quantity for copper project, fiber projects, CCTV, access control system.

13. Arranging quotes from suppliers/vendors based on client requirement, Negotiating with supplier/Vendor for materials, part numbers and lead time

16. Support sales productivity and deal flow by securing the “technical close” in complex solutions.
17. Collaborate internally with Sales & Technical Support Resources & externally with Suppliers/Vendors to ensure proposed deal include technical solutions that accurately address customer needs in cost effective manner
18. Design, Estimation, Technical Proposals, Presales & System Architectures Design for all ELV
19. Knowledge of CCTV & its essential elements i.e. VMS, Storage etc. for enterprise & medium size level projects
20. Knowledge of Access Control (Integrated & Standalone), Gate Barriers Solutions, Structure Cabling etc. on enterprise and medium size level project
21. Understand drawings, site requirement & specifications of the low current systems and be able to calculate/generate the BOQ, Bill of Materials and installation material
22. Proactively support the sales team in pre-sales meeting with clients, understanding client needs
23. Deliver proof of concept (POC) for ELV systems in lieu with Technical specifications
24. Give response on RFP and RFI in order to present a viable solution to client
25. Good level of understanding of network infrastructure
26. Understanding of competition’s offering & provide a cost effective value engineering solution.
27. Maintain Supplier Relation for better pricing & should also be able to evaluate various vendors and suppliers to find the right match for the client opportunity
28. Knowledge of project phases, Engineering & site management manpower estimation concepts.
