•Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification.
•Generate, Edit, Publish and Share daily content (original text, images, video or GIF) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.
•Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content.
•Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community.
•Collaborate with Copy-writer to create editorial calendars and syndication schedules
•Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information.
•Set up and execute ads strategy for our clients to achieve their Sales.
•Collaborate with other Designers to finishing before the Deadline.
•Review final layouts and suggesting improvements if required.
•Handling 4 Accounts "Directly contact with clients" through Calls, E-Mails & WhatsApp.
•Handling all Reports for our Clients "Ads, Moderation & Growth performance".
•Handling all IT & MS Troubleshoot problems.
•Troubleshoot computer problems.
•Determine source of computer problems (hardware, software, user access, etc.).
•Follow up with Employees to ensure issue has been resolved.
