group of water supplying projects (portfolio) owned by the General Directorate of water in Qassim region, Those projects consisting of five concrete strategic tanks varies from 5000 to 50000 m3 capacity, 400 mm ductile cast iron transportation pipeline in 2400000 m, three stations for supplying trucks with water, two booster pump stations, internal PVC water networks, and several piping connections with an already existing refining water stations and tanks.

Main duties:
supervise and following up a group of projects related to the water supplying in Qassim province starting from selecting and authorizing the projects locations according to the design conditions, site handing over, monitoring the contractor's work performance, assuring the construction is done according to approved documents and project's contract ending with the stage of the final acceptance of the projects.

Responsibilities:
Revise, Approve and authorize mechanical equipment vendors, time schedule, resource assignments, workshop drawings and equipment (pipes, fittings, pumps, valves &hammering systems according to projects specifications, approved plans, contract documents, labor laws, safety regulations, national standards, international codes such as AWWA®.

Site inspection and supervision of all mechanical duties according to safety rules, project plans, approved Shop drawings, technical specifications and the targeted quality standards.

revise and approve the contractors' invoices according to the project regulations and the work done by the contractors.

Responsibilities
Managing the work teams responsible for production line construction and (MEP) works in (cement area).

Erection and assembly of all Mechanical equipment and (MEP) work, compressed air and water plumbing works, valves, cement filters, compressors, blowers, steel structure, steel rail ways for cement truck feeders and Site fabrication works.

Ensure safe implementation in accordance with Project Execution Plans providing innovative solutions to any mechanical construction process problems with the applicable national and international industrial design codes, standards and HSE operational aspects.

Monitoring progress, and report regularly the project performance.

Prepare construction plans and schedules, supervising the effort to establish construction plan and milestones for the project.

Managing work teams responsible for Construction works, steel structure, huge trusses, steel bridges and space frame with due consideration for HSE imperatives and the applicable national and international industrial design codes. Providing guidance and direction to the operational team to achieve the projects milestones and objectives.

Prepare site execution plans, time schedules and leveling the resources to meet the high level contract milestones and project scope.

Coordinating work between main and subcontractors, providing technical advice, discussing issues and assisting in solving problems to ensure that work is completed to required standards and specifications..

Getting formal acceptance for the scope of work by the owner consultant.
