• Approves training plan and makes sure of effectiveness in terms of implementation.
• Ensures the effectiveness of the man power planning and recruitment process as well.
• Participates in the development of organizational structures and makes sure of its updating whenever the need to work according to the group directions.
• Follows up job descriptions updates and match them to reality.
• Works on the analysis results of human resources survey and develops an action plan for improvement.
• Implements the annual HR operations activities such as (performance appraisal systems “rating”, Salary increasing and Promotions) and ensures its compliance with group policy.
• Deals directly with colleagues of low performance and develops a development plan for them if needed .
• Manages HR team to achieve the overall organizational goals and strategies.
• Keeping an eye on Health and Safety operations for making sure that people are working in a safe environment through coordination with HS&E department.
• Manages all personnel regular transactions such as (Vacations, Social insurance and salaries reflections).
• Makes sure that Employees Relations operations are efficient such as (Employees complains, Employees morale increasing activities and Employees rewarding system).
Recruitment Responsibilities:
• Responsible for all recruitment planning and operational activities.
• Responsible about managing the recruitment outsourcing agencies.
• Works in close coordination with various department managers to make sure that all manpower requirements are properly identified and makes sure that all needed documentation are done appropriately.
• Manages reporting which includes statistics of different areas related to recruitment, manpower planning and turnover analysis.
• Developing and updating Job descriptions and plans of develop & organize mass recruitment tests.
• Keeps control on HRIS Oracle application in recording daily work.
Training Responsibilities:
• Identifying training and development needs within the organization through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with business managers and human resources departments.
• Responsible about managing the training providers and making a periodic evaluation for them.
• Design training courses and programs necessary (Technical and non-Technical) to meet training needs based on both the organizations and the individual's needs, or manage this activity via external chosen provider(s).
• Manages organizing training venues, logistics, transport, accommodation as required to achieve efficient training attendance and delivery.
• Considering the costs of planned programs and keeping within budgets
• Developing effective induction programs for the new hires.
• Qualifies the organization employees as internal trainers to deliver most of the training plan internally.
Manages training operations in KSA and Yemen through identifying training needs by applying field on job coaching approach.
Performs field visits and shadow inspections to ensure knowledge has been transferred to work.
Develops quarter training plan and circulate it to beneficiary stake holders.
Develops and designs courses outline and materials as per the training needs if required.
Conducts Nokia Academy training and development programs (Technical and Soft Skills).
Facilities Nokia induction programs for new hires.
Ensures all quality standards are met through conducting pre and after training analysis.
Generates Bi-weekly training reports indicating archived tasks and for seen obstacles.
Administers and compiles training documentations through up-to-date filling system.
