Assisting Regional CFO in establishing a regional corporate headquarter for YAS Holding in Egypt as shown in the below
details:
Manage, oversee, control, and report about all current and future investment
Implementing Intercompany agreements
Establishing and ensure full compliance with local laws and group policies
Reporting about all regional entities
Leading the liquidation process
Managing the accounting department under the financial Manager, and responsible of all accounting cycles, costing and inventories, and financial reporting as shown in the below details:
• Oversees and Manages and maintaining accounting functions, bookkeeping, payroll, Taxation and Internal controls
• Ensure full compliance with EAS/IFRS & Tax regulations, and maintain consistency relating to all financial matters.
• Review, Authorize and Post to GL all accounting transactions (AP, AR, cash and banks, Inventories, and fixed assets)
• Control and monitor company expenses against company policies and budget
• Monthly accounts reconciliation for all accounts and accruals
• Preparing monthly full set of Financial statements and other MIS reports about varies profit centers across the company
• Provide Training & guidance to Accountants when needed
• Annual Budget preparation and Monthly variance analysis
• Assist in auditing activities by providing necessary information and preparing requested documentations
Managing the Accounting department of Grand Technology Group (6 Companies across 3 countries), By managing all accounting Cycles for all sister companies and for the American associate
• Ensure full compliance with IAS/IFRS & Tax regulations, and maintain consistency relating to all financial matters
• Monthly account reconciliation for all accounts
• Review and authorize monthly payroll
• Review and authorize monthly bank reconciliation
• Review and authorize daily payments' issuance
• Monthly accruals and prepayments
• Review, Authorize and Post to GL all accounting transactions (payables, receivables, cash
and fixed assets)
• Control and monitor company expenses by approving/rejecting purchase orders against budget
• Preparing monthly Profit or Loss and Financial Position statements and other managerial financial reports and analysis for all sister companies
• Reviewing entries of junior accountants to ensure accuracy
• Performing Fixed Assets accounting
• Bank reconciliation
• Reconciling account balances of (AP, AR) sub ledgers with general ledger
• Maintaining general ledger (GL) and preparing month-end close procedures including accruals, prepayments, salaries, foreign exchange reevaluations and adjustment entries
• Preparing monthly Profit or Loss and Financial Position statements
• Preparing VAT and Withholding tax
• Maintain the implementation of accounting procedures and cost control according to the budget
• Perform Branch full set of accounts and ensure timely monthly closing activities
• Performing daily Revenue reconciliation with cash and Bank reconciliation
• Supervising Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts receivables (AR)
• Monitoring Inventory balances and Performing Stock physical count and investigating variances
• Preparing branch’s monthly statement of profit or loss and related financial and managerial reports and analysis
• Handling and analyzing franchise’s accounts
• Participating in setting Financial Annual budget for the branch
• Maintain the implementation of accounting procedures and cost control according to the budget
• Ensuring Completeness and compliance with company’s policies and procedures
