I began my career as a site resident engineer at Wan Company, where I prepared daily, weekly and monthly reports of work progress. Additionally, I estimated the required material quantities based on the activity sequence of work running on-site and performed other relevant duties for various projects.
Throughout my career, I have rotated between various roles, including Site Engineer, Civil Engineer, and Operation Engineer in the Ready-Mix department. I have gained experience in the technical office, bid and contracts and project engineering.
As a Project Engineer, I am responsible for preparing, monitoring and reviewing internal reports at regular intervals, including project requirement reports and resource projections/requirements for the project. I create and manage procurement schedules with precision, establish a progress monitoring system that tracks the project's progress on a daily/weekly basis (actual versus planned) and collaborate with Site Engineers. Additionally, I develop effective recovery plans for any delays and immediately notify the Project Manager. I confidently attend weekly meetings and deliver informative presentations.
