During the project's development, I kept track of the progress at various stages and predicted the progress of all on-site activities. This includes monitoring the progress and quality of work performed by multiple contractors. Throughout this period, I managed and tracked overall master plans, schedules and resources for multiple projects using Primavera P6.
I use my expertise in project scheduling and control tools to coordinate schedules from multiple contractors and incorporate the information gathered into the overall project master schedule. Additionally, I accurately communicate all relevant project information to the client and project team, ensuring that the Top Management is informed of any issues that may affect the project completion time or cost.
I attend all necessary meetings, including client meetings and coordination meetings with various contractors, to ensure that the project remains on track and meets all requirements.

I began my career as a site resident engineer at Wan Company, where I prepared daily, weekly and monthly reports of work progress. I ensured that the work was completed in accordance with the drawings, required quality, and specifications. Additionally, I estimated the required material quantities based on the activity sequence of work running on-site and performed other relevant duties for various projects.
Throughout my career, I have rotated between various roles, including Site Engineer, Civil Engineer, and Operation Engineer in the Ready-Mix department. I have gained experience in the technical office, bid and contracts and project engineering.
As a Project Engineer, I am responsible for preparing, monitoring and reviewing internal reports at regular intervals, including project requirement reports and resource projections/requirements for the project. I create and manage procurement schedules with precision, establish a progress monitoring system that tracks the project's progress on a daily/weekly basis (actual versus planned) and collaborate with Site Engineers. Additionally, I develop effective recovery plans for any delays and immediately notify the Project Manager. I confidently attend weekly meetings and deliver informative presentations. Finally, I vigilantly monitor and inspect the work of subcontractors and other third parties involved in the project to ensure top-quality results.

Kiheila East Water pipeline project - Marawi Dam - Sudan
During my time at STILT, I was responsible for preparing and developing the entire project profile alongside my team. We successfully executed the installation of a 50 km water pipeline, which involved excavation, bedding, and erection of pipes made of UPVC and steel with diameters of 10, 8, 6, and 4 inches, along with all necessary connections of valves, fittings, backfilling, manholes and construction of two booster stations. Each booster station included a 500 m³ steel tank, pumps, generators, and fuel tanks.

- Monitor and review cash flow for projects and time and money progress reports for the projects
- Prepares, monitor and review monthly, weekly and daily reports for submission to client and/or Head office.
