the consumer, this means the difference between receipt of good products, high quality,
useful products and receipt of products not useful and unsatisfactory. Although the task
of Interviewer is to obtain information from the public often using ready form, but must
stress that the role of Interviewer is not a negative / ineffective. The Interviewer is
necessary to stimulate the respondents to answer questions. The atmosphere created by the
interviewer is as important as interview techniques. In fact stimulate the respondent to
answer based on personal relationship with the interviewer than the subject of the
interview.)
