•Achieved the BSD budget in terms of growth and profitability. Always after reviewing the last 12 months sales numbers & determining the average for each month, examining my statistics & data numbers from IDC or local Lebanese statistic company “IPSOS” helped me design the perfect business plan for the entire year, where it was easily slipped into my yearly budget plan, that mostly helped me to calibrate my costs increase productivity abiding to manage yearly growth requests.
