I have experience as a Senior IT Manager for 5 years and IT manager for 7 years in ALJ International Group - Abdulatif Jameel the below are brief of my achievements over 16 years of experience in I&T :
1- Implementing Automotive Microsoft ERP Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations
2- Implementing Microsoft CRM Sales Solution covering Customer Houreny from calling to ordering using Xcally Contact Center
3- Planning, Designing, budgeting, and implementing IT Infrastructure for Daihatsu-Misr, UIT-Misr, and Aljico Misr under the umbrella of Abdultatif Gameel International group from scratch.
4- Hiring IT Team consists of 8 members between on-premises and sourcing and monitoring their performance through ITIL Standard using Managenging ticketing system.

5- Sharpened my skills in design thinking by completing 2 professional certificate programs from google (UX Design certificates focus on user experience way of thinking starting from research ending with a mockup and MVP plus complete Google PMP certificates which cover Agile full track the modern way of software implementation methodology.
