• Calculation of Outstanding Schedules of Accounts Payables & Receivables.

• Preparing General Ledger, Trail Balance, Profit and Loss A/C, Balance Sheet.

• Maintaining petty cash & reconciliation reports.

• Manage all accounting transactions up to finalization.

• Preparing all invoices, expense forms and requests for payment.

• Monitor customer accounts for non-payment and delayed payment.

• Keeping account books and systems up to date.

• Preparing Salary Sheets & making salary payments.(including other origin staffs)

• Monthly closings and preparation of monthly financial statements.

• Handling DMCC related works.

- Monitor and check the sales Report on daily basis.
- Sales updating on daily basis business units of Oasis Water and Aqua water
- Monthly Prepare customer statements and Invoices.
- Daily salesman collection matching.
- Submitting Salesman short report to sales supervisors.
- Credit customer collection allocation.
- Month end Inventory closing
- Physical checking of stocks in store as per company policy on quarterly basis.
- Expiry and Damage checking all divisions(Oasis, Lacnor, Aqua and Gulf&Safa).

• Tally data entry including sales, purchase, receipts and payments.
• Preparation of debtors and creditors statement
• Receiving and processing all invoices, expense.
• Handling petty cash
• Preparing bills and receipt
• Maintain accounting records and filing documents.
• Maintain customer confidence and keeping financial information confidential.

 Dealing with customer queries and complaints.
 Providing advice about visa or passports.
 Maintain listings of accounts payable.
 Selling holiday packages.
 Maintain the general ledger.
 Maintain statistical and financial records.
 Assist with payroll administration.
