- Managing and developing partnership the relationships with key internal customers and with the field to support financial planning and reporting.

- Coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring projects remain within scope, schedule, and defined budgets, in collaboration with project staff from various functional departments.
- Analyse project progress and, when necessary, adapt scope, timelines, and costs to ensure that project team adheres to project requirements.
- Establish and maintain relationships with appropriate client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes.
- Establish and maintain processes to manage scope over the project lifecycle, setting project quality and performance standards, and assessing and managing risk within, and across, multiple projects.
- Structure and manage integrated, multi-track project performance databases for multiple digital, print, social, broadcast, and experiential projects, with an eye on overall progress.
- Develop and maintain partnerships with outside resources—including third-party vendors and researchers.
- Monitor and assign resources appropriately to streamline project efficiency and maximize deliverable outputs
- Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels as needed—escalating issues as necessary based on project work plans.

- Administer EITL SharePoint. Design and maintain EITL Website - implement JOOMLA CMS.
- Manage overall administration of EITL’s active and passive network infrastructure including monitoring of networks layout, record keeping, inventory, and asset tracking.
- Manage overall administration and support of all HQ based communications systems and devices, such as, video conferences, telephone lines, Firewalls, switches, access control system, audio -visual systems, printing services.
- Successful service delivery -SLA achievement and high level of customer satisfaction.
- Ensures timely and cost effective management of operation expenditure including the ordering and procurement of hardware equipment and software.
- Establish controls to ensure that systems, processes and methodologies as specified are followed to sure effective monitoring, control and support of service delivery.
- Performs routine administration, configuration and maintenance of application servers, operating systems, databases and applications.
- Develop requirements, outlines, budgets, and schedulers for information technology projects.
- Operate master consoles in order to monitor the performance of computer systems and networks, and to coordinate computer network access and use.
- Develop security standards, procedures, and guidelines for multiple platforms.
- Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of backups.
- Perform daily backup operations, ensuring all required file systems and system data are successfully backed up to the appropriate media, recovery tapes or disks are created.
- Support LANs, WANs, network segments, Internet, and intranet systems.
- Maintain integrity of the network, server deployment, and security.
- Administer servers, desktop computers, printers, routers, switches, firewalls, phones, personal digital assistants, smartphones, software deployment, security updates and patches.

- Coordinate with vendors and with company personnel in order to facilitate purchases.
