Phoenix real estate is a real estate brokerage working throughout Alexandria and Cairo (fifth
settlement and 6th of October)

branding of the company.

-As for the sales sector I was in charge of the sales plan for every quarter and delegating
tasks to employees.

brokerage”

- Lead the recruitment process, talent selection, talent allocation and development.

-Generating leads
-Performing cold calls and setting meetings
-Finalizing deals with the BtoB sector and the BtoC sector
AIESEC is an international organization leading in student exchange programs and
impacting youths through its projects and programs.
- Selected to lead the project (MAKE A DIFFERENCE) “MAD”; MAD is a project that’s
purpose is to help local NGOs of Alexandria to improve by providing international student
from all over the world the NGO’s are carefully selected to be determinant that the Impact
is at its best.
- Lead more than 20 “AIESECERS”
- The project was a success with a total partnership of 13 NGO
