Responsibilities include maintenance of Generators sets, Diesel engines (CATERPILLAR), vehicles Fleet, and Heavy Equipment, comprising periodic, predictive, and preventive maintenance. Diagnosing problems for both Diesel Engines and Vehicles and performing repairs for emergencies, unplanned problems and overhauls if required. Requesting the right consumable spare parts needed for the PMs or overhauling spare parts while needed. Troubleshooting and Fault diagnosing for all CAT engines using CAT ET software (Caterpillar Electronic Technician). Furthermore, planning PMs, requesting new materials, and reporting the work done for the engines with GMS software (First Global Maintenance solution). Lastly, responsible for
administrative tasks.
Responsibilities encompass the preparation of financial and technical offers for project services, including Customs Clearance, Port landing, Transportation, Installation Works, and Civil Works. Special arrangements for offloading vessels with Heavy/Super Heavy Cargo are also made. Additionally, regular reports are provided to show the project volume and profits gained. Close collaboration with ETAL, a subsidiary company specialized in handling cargo with exceptional weights and dimensions, is required to prepare Route Study Reports.
As a former Site Manager, I oversaw a team of 20 to 30 technicians and workers to accomplish multiple projects and jobs in oil and Gas Industry (Storage tanks and pipelines). Responsibilities included preparing project budgets, tenders, and proposals, as well as overseeing the selection and requisition of materials for use in construction and maintenance. Quality control and safety matters on the site were also monitored, and any unexpected technical difficulties or problems were resolved promptly. Additionally, necessary paperwork for work completion was prepared and authorized by the client inspection.
As part of the job, customers are received and After Sales service is promoted. Work orders are reviewed to determine what needs to be fixed on the vehicles. Testing devices are used to test automotive systems to identify any problems. Changes, repairs or replacements of parts and components of automotive systems are supervised. Additionally, advice is provided to customers on work performed, the general condition of their vehicles, and future repair requirements.
