BUSINESS PRIVATISATION INITIATIVE:
• After conceptualizing, leading NWC‘s team in the formation of 2 new JV’s with PSP.
• Developed and natured the journey of privatisation of being a world class water company, the next step is to develop private participation through PPP contract. This has been accomplished by the approval of the Board of the “Business Privatisation Initiative” (BPI) for the city of Riyadh, to be followed by other cities within KSA.
This initiative will result in multiple benefits to the country as a whole through resource management, its stakeholders via technical and commercial viability (which conservatively estimated would result in COST EFFICIENCY & SAVINGS over the next 20 years) and the final consumers through improved services.
