• Oversees new hire process is followed and new hires have the appropriate equipment, furniture, and supplies on their first day of work.
• Schedule preventative maintenance.
• Respond to urgent maintenance calls and participate in the creation of emergency preparedness plans.
• Function as a trainer and mentor of the Facilities Assistant.
• Attendant and receptionist on basic job duties and position expectations.
• Assigns tasks to the facilities assistant, attendant and receptionist.
• Coordinates office and workstation moves and adjustments with Facilities, the department manager and employee.
• Works with Facilities Manager on Tenant Improvement projects, space planning and allocation.
