* Interact and understand customer technical solutions requirements like offering the best possible solutions on Cisco networking Technology Solutions (R/S, Cloud computing, Security, Wireless,
Unified Communications, and Data Center focused).
* Keep up to date on cutting edge Networking Routing, Switching and VOIP technologies and
solutions, especially in Unified Communications and Data Centre.
* Design and Implement network solutions for corporate offices worldwide.
* Provide 3rd level support and troubleshooting for network issues including WAN, LAN and WLAN
environments.
* Perform technical presentations for customers, partners and prospects.
* Provide leadership in system hardware/software specifications, Data Centre, network infrastructure,
wireless, security and voice designs.
* Develop and deliver all technical documents needed by engineers, this will appraise the efficiency
and quality of work.
* Conduct training for new engineers and existing engineers on new products on the network,
servers, and storage devices to ensure readiness and knowledge delivered.
* Arranging with our clients to identify and troubleshoot any technical related issues, making sure that immediate and quality customer services obtained within assigned periods.
* Perform scoping, design, development, unit testing, development and integration testing, and
system integration in a dynamic Agile, and technology driven environment.
* Identify, track and resolve system defects by performing root cause analysis and able to
communicate effectively to outline and recommend network solutions to ensure the system is performing on optimum level.

•Keep up to date on cutting edge Networking Routing, Switching and solutions, especially in Unified Communications and Data Centre.
•Provide 2nd level support and troubleshooting for network issues including WAN, LAN and WLAN environments.
•Perform Tier II work on products and services of medium-high complexity, Tier II products include large servers and mainframe computers, peripherals and large system printers, enterprise level servers, networks and software, item processing reader/sorters and networking issues on imaging systems.
•Primary services include hardware maintenance, installation, network management, multi-vendor maintenance and software support. Provide installation, maintenance and repairs on information communication (second line maintenance) and Server system and other electromechanical equipment.

Installation, maintenance and repairs on products and services specifically financial/ATM products.
Make repairs and replace components on equipment such as PCs, workstations and peripherals,
printers, front-end POS systems, Second Line Maintenance on ATMs and kiosks, and single pocket
proof encoders.
* Assisting in site preparation, including installation of cable, staging of equipment and minor testing
of equipment may also perform required modular swaps and unit replacements.
* Ownership of customer problems or incidents until the situation has been resolved to the
customer’s satisfaction and or in compliance with agreed upon Service Level Agreements.
