• As from the regional workshop launching events, stimulate the PUMP program towards the potential enterprises beneficiaries and visit the enterprises in order to sign the individual MoUs between PUMP PMU and the beneficiary;
• Coordinate with the signatories the implementation of the collective diagnoses;
• Conducting study tours for technical partnership;
• Conducting a feasibility study on a technical center (eventually supporting the one planned by the Food Industries Union);
• Conducting a technical training program in-house and in training centers using the expertise of the technical assistance provided by the PUMP program; and
• Scholarships and Training abroad may be provided by PUMP.
• Development and Monitoring of all technical training and capacity building activities.
• Development action plan of technical training and capacity building component, TORs, Justifications report, Upgrading plan, diagnostic reports and follow-up them.
• Follow up with SMEs for technology transfer and training activities
• Follow-up with SMEs to know if the activities still valid or cancelled
• Follow-up and review the budget of the activities based on final justifications
