Manage, Plan and coordinate production processes on daily basis to produce high quality products and maximize production for:
Glass CNC Cutting Machine.
Double Glass Straight Line Edging Machine.
Water jet CNC Machine.
Grinding CNC Machine “Glass Beveling”.
Vertical Glass Drilling Machine.
Horizontal Glass Washing Machine.
Horizontal Flat Tempering Line.
Establish Daily check points for each machine to ensure “Total Productive/ Preventive Maintenance” or TPM.
Receive training from experts of SANKEN Glass Company to deal with the provided equipment.
Analyze operational issues and installation of new equipment.
Provide training and guidance to team members and technicians.
Establish safety procedures and environmental regulations for technicians.
Provide engineering support for production and maintenance activities.
Evaluate current production activities and make recommendations for improvements.
Implement cost reduction initiatives while maintaining high quality standards.
Stay current with product specifications, engineering technology and production processes.
Develop process improvements to effectively utilize equipment and materials.
Develop best practices to improve production capacity, quality and reliability.
Aid in budget preparation and monitor expenses and profitability.
Providing suitable selections of (Electric motors, Gear boxes, Vibrating motors, Conveyor belts, Valves & Fittings, Air treatment units and Spare parts of heavy machines and tons of other products) from many International Brands depending on customers’ needs and different types of applications.
Providing “Before, During, and After Sales Services”.
Making reports about RFQs, visits, sales leads, calls and fairs.
Developing new business opportunities.

Design and implementation Military Products for (Laser cutting, Punching, Shearing, Bending, Wire-cut EDM, Turning, Milling) Machines.
Foundry, Car Maintenance, Hydraulic systems, Carpentry and Air conditioning and Refrigeration.
