Duties & Responsibilities:
- Local Procurement:
* Working as Procurement manager for Aramco Package 6 (Expand Dhahran Residential Community) EPC of 266 Villas including Infrastructure, Landscaping, Road Works
* Get Aramco pre-qualification and approval for all materials by presenting MR & RTA approval.
* Procure Finishing Materials, Consumables, project needs etc. from approved suppliers as per the approved specifications (NMR 601 / NMR 602 / NMR 603)
* Coordinating with Project Key Personnel/department as well as Activity Managers to establish the priority listing of the long lead and major materials
* Maintain Data Base of Suppliers and share with Dept. heads at periodical intervals
* Monitoring the Key Procurement Activities (PR-PO etc.) to ensure that all activities are being carried out in accordance to the project schedules/milestones
* Maintain Approved Supplier List for ISO audit purpose.
* Follow strictly standard documentation - Local Purchase.
* Follow up and collect MTC/COA for purchases and facilitate release of GRN’s by QA/QC.
* Managing purchase requisitions sent by all project departments and select best purchasing approach to be pursued (Direct Purchasing, RFQ, etc) depending on the requested item/service nature, value and category in accordance with approved company’s policies.
* Convert existing cash purchases to credit purchases to the extent possible.
* Coordinate with Accounts dept. to release payment to suppliers as per the credit term agreed.
* Having good knowledge on Aramco standards, 9com and RVL requirements.

- Warehouse:
* Overall control of warehouse, material handling and documentations.
* Goods receive note (GRN)
* Audit of warehouse documentations
* Control on physical movement of stocks
* Daily Receiving Reports for Local Procurement.
* Monthly Summary of Disposal & Dumping in ISO standard format.
* Planning of storage in coordination with Operations head.
* Daily Stock Reports
* Annual Physical Inventory
* Overall control on Overtime, loading labors costs, control on movement of pallets.
* Control of near expiry products and disposals / rearrangements.
* Planning of procurement and inventory control.

• Procure Chemicals, Packaging Materials, Consumables, Local Ingredients, Factory Supplies etc. from approved suppliers as per the approved specifications

* Lead & join group of technicians for job distribution.
* Computerized production line (CNC cutting line from BOTTERO, Autoclave & Furnaces from Glassrobot, Tempering machine from CUTTING and Printing from THIEME).
* New machines quotation comparison list and recommend to GM
* Visit Switzerland for machines inspection prior shipment.
* New expansion lines power and cable calculation
* New expansion lines installation, commissioning and accepting test certificate assist with supplier.
* Water treatment plant (R.O Unit)
* Electrical, mechanical and HVAC supervision.
* Auto workshop for forklifts, buss and company vehicles
* Spare parts request from supplier and search the global for alternative.
* Fabricator and carpentry sections

& Responsibilities:
* Lead & join group of technicians for job distribution.
* Make calibration for pressure transmitters and switches using hydraulic test pump.
* Make calibration of Ph/ORP and conductivity instruments.
* Make calibration for ultrasonic level transmitters.
* Troubleshoot any problem in SIEMENS PLC using Laptop.
* Troubleshoot VFD’s driving 600HP induction Motors using Scope Meter.
* Very good knowledge to read electrical drawing, PLC program using ladder logic and statement step 5 & 7 of SIEMENS.
* Repair electronic control boards such as power supply.
* Make sure that all SCADA parameters are matching actual parameters.
* Review bidder submittal for expansion project.
* Follow up from point of instrument and control with main contractor (WIER West guard) the expansion project for 3 trains with capacity of 8500 M3/day.
