Led a project of transformation from Air to Ocean freight for all imported items from global manufacturing sites to Egypt.
Led a project of change source of Raw materials from USA and France to Greece and Italy through creating a road map with the needed actions all over the implementation process
Chose the responsible, accountable, and consulted persons and follow up with all stakeholders, set the corrective actions, manage all pop-up issues, until finalization of all required tasks through the implementation process.
Led a project of Inventory management and high obsolescence at Moviento through Inventory Losses Issues diagnosis and implementation of solutions and follow up on status until solving the issue.
Led the Project of Charter shipments consolidation to Libya from many manufacturing sites to Benghazi because of the political instability situation through define risks, opportunities, roles and responsibilities to reach both important goals, deliver medicines to Patients and decrease cost of shipping.
•Supply Chain management:
Successfully managed decreasing lead time for imports to shelf from 55 to 10 days through effective management of a strategic products source change from France to USA, avoiding costly penalties and enabling contracted replenishment of hospitals.
Successfully Reduced the overall supply chain cost base through identification and implementation of improvement initiatives.
•Selected Accomplishments:
Generated saving in D&I $375K resulting from negotiating warehouse fees, freight fees……
Generated savings of $450K annually through renegotiation the price offer with Custom clearance agent.
Creating and Implement a new shipping process to Libya to deliver medicine to our patients in spite of political instability and high shipping cost which led to $0.75M saving in shipping cost per year.
Improved operational efficiency through effective management and governance of all company functions to address goals and performance requirements and facilitate cross-functional teamwork.

Designed a new and detailed forecasting Model linked with the forecasting accuracy metrics of the company to ensure availability of reasonable days of stocks to avoid out of stock situation of inventory losses.
