• Verifying Shop drawings & IFC prior to issuing site
• Verifying and submitting the material submittal for Electrical items
• Follow the Material submittals & Method statements requirements
• Ensuring all the installation internally checked and executed properly base on standard procedure and complying as per the approved drawing, manufacturer recommendation and project specification
• Closely monitor installation progress and quality workmanship at site
• Coordinate with project design team, engineers and consultant regarding design technical issues
• Quantity Take off for the all the Electrical services i.e., ELV, CBS, power & lighting systems
• Coordination with Main contractors, QA/QC team and consultants
• Follow up for the Material deliveries with all vendors
• Conducting the Safety Precaution meeting at site for all the workers along with the safety officer
• Done complete SAT and Pre Commissioning for all the LV and MV electrical system and all electrical motor based on SAT and Pre Commissioning procedure and standards given by designer consultant.
• Done Commissioning, system by system as per the systems designed for the project.
• Commissioning of all the pumps in the plant.
• Done successful Electrical Startup of MV and LV system of the plant with Govt. supply.
• Startup of 2x1.6 MW DG’s.
• Conducting material inspection at site before erection and installation of any equipment like Switchgear, MCC, PMCC, APFC panels, Transformers, AC UPS, DC UPS, ASB, RMU and other equipment’s based on data sheet and material specification documents provided by design consultant.
• Follow up of Utility skid installations Steam boiler, Fire Heater, DG, Air Compressor, Cooling tower, Reverse Osmosis and TFE based on designer and vendor documents.
