Job Summary Improve the Student/Customer Relationship with respect to prospective students. The CRM administrator will provide a single central knowledge base for contacts that will allow the university to manage more strategically and efficiently. The CRM Administrator will deliver benefits to the student recruitment process.
Job Relationships
Other Departments.Train CRM users from other departments.
Coordinate with IRS with regard to the different surveys conducted and data gathered at schools and different recruitment activates.
Coordinate with IT department to ensure proper functionality of the system.
Work with the ERP People Soft team to integrate the 2 systems

Key Accountabilities

Execution • Ensure that the CRM is fully operational and is updated regularly with accurate information
• Provide support to all key users in the Office of Student Recruitment and Admission in addition to different other departments that use the CRM
• Maintain the CRM and the Prospective Student Portal
• Import/ export data from the ERP to the CRM and vice versa
• Coordinate with the concerned department (Registration for LOGOS ERP issues, IT Department and Marketing for web-based queries and forms)
• Ensure integration between ERP People Soft and the CRM 50%
Supervision, Monitoring and Review • Monitor the accuracy of data entry 30%
Data analysis and Reporting • Generate different statistical reports (no. of queries, inquiry to applicant yield, success of different recruitment activities…etc) that will help ADU management take more informed decisions 20%
