LEAD Technologies sells imaging, document, medical and multimedia programming toolkits (SDKs) to developers. The main task of my position is to support developers who face problems with the toolkit. Developers send the issue they are facing with the application, and I should debug and solve the programming issue. In other words, when the developers can't make something related to programming with the toolkit, I will be there to help them. I'm working with many programming interfaces. Here is a list of them: - C/C++ - C# - VB.NET - ASP.NET - Delphi - WPF - VB 6.0 - HTML5 - Objective-C (iOS)
I worked in Royal Jordanian at the Information Technology department as a trainer in my last year at university. During the training, I was responsible for Windows installing and troubleshooting, PC's Maintenance and supporting technical problems for the Royal Jordanian employees.
