• 6+ years of supporting, administrating and managing the servers, storages(SAN and NAS), firewall, PABX, switches(L3, L2), SAN switches and all network related equipment’s(Active and passive).

• Strong leadership skills on overall IT administration and management using ITIL fundamental methodology .

• Responsible for supporting, administrating and managing the whole IT related hardware and software’s in the office. Supporting user’s as well desktop issues.

• Responsible for overall IT support and desktop support for whole 100+ users with a ticketing system.

• Manage, support and configure FIREWALL, SERVERS(2008 and 2012 R2), PABX(Avaya), SAN switches, network switches(CISCO-L3, L2), AP(access points), network equipment’s (printers, scanner, plotter), NAS and SAN storages, SAP servers and its applications.
