• Lead the ERP - NAV technical implementation in North Lebanon Water Establishment (NLWE).
• Develop and customize ERP business processes and procedures based on business analysis.

• Develop vertical ERP solution based on business process requirements and
potential growth.
• Supervise ERP implementation and provide onsite and offsite support during implementation
• Audit module procedures.

• Lead the ERP technical support for all RWEs.
• Customize specific ERP - NAV modules to accommodate new laws and regulations modifications
as well as new requirements by RWEs, as they arise.
• Support in the integration of the ERP - NAV with stand-alone systems or software provided by
LWP or other donors to the RWEs, such as the hand-held devices, attendance machines, GIS,
and E-services.
• Work closely with the Financial Expert and Institutional Development team to design, develop,
and implement Costing Model report, Water Demand Management reporting tool, Governance
Manuals, Business Intelligence for reporting and analysis
• Supervise the technical and functional training and user manual documentation.
• Assist in workshops, trainings, and other events to improve the capacity of RWE staff.
Design and Development of modifications or extensions to the standard Microsoft Dynamics applications.
Coding and unit testing and creating supporting documentation for Microsoft Dynamics based Solutions.
Gains understanding of customer's needs and collaborates with other consultants and support team to complete design and testing documentation. Provides technical input in creating functional specifications
