• Assisting the Construction Manager and handling his duties during his absence.
• Handling all structural works such as concrete works, steel structural works.
• Handling all finishing activities on site such as Block, Plaster, Tiles, Fit out, Joinery and Façade works.
• Managing and controlling the snagging team and tracking outstanding works and ensuring completion of the works on time.
• Aligning civil works and MEP deliveries to meet respective deadlines.
• Directly managing the team of General Superintendents, Section Leaders and General Foremen.
• Participating in Coordination and Construction meetings with Client and Consultant.
• Coordinating with planning department to prepare the weekly/monthly reports, and with Technical department for shop drawing submittals for obtaining Consultant and Client approval.
• Following up with QS regarding Variation Estimations.
