• Support persons with a disabilities in inclusion, community, social life, education and employment.

• Studies on policy and practice for increasing access through Accessibility and AT to fully inclusive of persons with disabilities in the 2030 Agenda, and SDGs.
• Universal Design for inclusion and integrating Assistive Technology into existing services.

TCF is a global program that supports the establishment capacity building, education, social entrepreneurship, sustainability and growth of telecentres, which provide critical services and develop opportunities for millions of people around the world.
-Enable the global community of ICT4D networks and build their capacity to ensure scale and impact of effective solutions and practices.
-Knowledge Hub for ICT4D stakeholders, policy-maker and ICT4D professionals by providing information, analysis, expertise, and other resources.
-Empower people to make a difference through Telecentre Academy, (TCA) provides a sustainable training by developing curricula, a global training and education platform, certification programs.
-Empower women - digital literacy campaign by Telecentre Women, TCW provides women training with access, information, choices, opportunities, and other options.
-Create a global network of centers specializing in innovation, digital inclusion, facilitates participation and international cooperation from different community, academic, public and private organizations
STP project launched by the Syrian Computer Society and the Syrian Trust for Development through new MoU with the Ministry of Communication and Technology in Syria.
-Building new Telecentres and Accessibility access point centers for students, women, youth with disabilities and elderly.

(SCHR) organization has established since 2006, the objective of SCHR is promoting and developing of ICT and AT for Students with Disabilities, also the project aimed at supporting PwDs, by building their skills and confidence in being an active part of society and advocacy initiatives to change cultural attitudes.

Knowledge Networks Through ICT Access Points for Disadvantaged Communities, KN4DC Project -UN-ESCWA Region
The main objective of the project is to empower disadvantaged communities by transforming selected ICT access points and telecentres into knowledge hubs that are networked at the regional and global levels.
-This objective will be reached by providing, developing, organizing, sharing and disseminating knowledge pertinent to targeted communities such as persons with disabilities in the key areas of sustainable development and help poor people and disabled to employment, e-Education, Gender and e-Health.
-Improve the living standards of the targeted communities.
-Promoting sustainable knowledge center for persons with disabilities.
-Knowledge sharing - sharing experiences, skills and expertise in ICT and Assistive Technology.
-Implementation lessons learnt and best practices and sharing knowledge on Methodologies and tools used for disabilities, ICT4DPwDs.
-Work with local and national organization and NGO's to identify specific projects for donor funding in partnership to support of using ICT and AT for PwDs.
National ICT Training Strategy in Syria, under a MoU UNDP Syria Office and MICT.
The initiative launched of many ICT training centers, ICT4D programs, Rural Mobile Computer Training (Electronic-BAG), Incubators and programs for social entrepreneurship.

-Physical Telecentre for students with disabilities in rural areas.
-Applied more programs and application for Intellectual and learning disabilities.
Salamieh Telecentre is the first centre for training hearing impairment and deaf-mute children on applications computer through Ms-Dos and Windows 3.0 also other applications such as designing :
-Develop and preparing of the first signs language on concepts of computer to communicate and dealing with the deaf -mute and hearing disabilities.
-Focus on deaf-mute employment by using computer applications such as Graphics Design.
Curriculum and training through many sessions, workshops and classrooms on ICT for development disadvantaged people such as disabled, women and youth. Capacity building and build of ICT centers for disabilities in rural communities in ESCWA Region.
