Responsible for the overall assistant of the management department and General manager providing them administrative support.
Answering phone calls, meet and greets clients provide assistant to clients enquiries and request.
Dealing with emails, faxes corresponding on behalf of the management, liaising with clients, suppliers and staff.
Organizing and maintaining diaries and appointments.
Ensure smooth check in of VIP guest (CEO, diplomatic, ambassador business man, presidents etc)and who as request pick up from the airport, directly to the room.
Offer help and assistance to all guest in different request and inquiries: restaurant, place to see, etc.
Coordination with front office for group check in organization.
