Responsible to achieve KRA of Sales, Incremental Revenue and DSO, Sales of enterprise voice and data comprise of internet bandwidth, MPLS-VPN, lease line, PRI, centrex, toll free service, video and audio conferencing etc. Also to manage strong relationship with customers at all levels. Reporting to SMB Vertical Head and Circle Business Head.
Major Priorities;
• Working as key account manager for large enterprise accounts and SMB customers.
• Handling team of sales executives, responsible for team productivity and development.
• Daily reporting and weekly reviews of individual team members.
• Maintain customer relationship by liaison with key decision makers and various other levels.
