Maintaining accounts of clients, cash in hands, banks and suppliers, starting from the process of analysis, entry and posting, preparing monthly and periodic reports, following up cash collections, making bank settlement notes, making authentications, participating in inventorying stores, preparing settlement entries and closures, and preparing financial statements
Accounts Officer: Participate in developing the organizational and administrative structure, establish the accounting system, prepare accounting evidence, and make a documentary cycle for the financial management and all various related departments related. External auditor: reviewing and auditing the accounts of several companies contracting with the office, evaluating the policies and procedures of the companies, preparing and issuing final audit reports in accordance with IFRS, IAS financial reporting standards and international auditing ISA.
Financial accountant: transferring the company from manual accounts to the electronic system, preparing and configuring the accounting system, preparing the accounting manual and the warehousing manual, and working on the system starting from analyzing financial transactions, recording them and posting, then preparing monthly reports for accounts and stores, preparing monthly trial balances, preparing the balance sheet and the list of financial position in a way to be easy to view and read by the various departments, ensuring that appropriate decisions are taken to achieve the general goal.
Marketing and Sales: Preparing a marketing plan and having it approved by the management, starting marketing according to the plan, searching for the largest share of customers in the market, as well as providing good feedback to the management with weekly and monthly reports based on the requests and desires of customers to keep pace with new developments for goods and open new markets
