In my current role at De Pretto Middle East, I am responsible for handling a wide range of HR and administrative duties that keep the company running smoothly. I manage employee records, contracts, and job descriptions, while also taking care of recruitment from job postings to onboarding. I support employees with their day-to-day HR needs such as insurance, HR letters, leave requests, and attendance tracking, and I also oversee payroll by verifying timesheets and resolving any discrepancies to ensure salaries are processed accurately.
Part of my role also involves acting as the company’s PRO for CICPA-related matters, where I handle gate pass applications and renewals.

Beyond HR, I assist in procurement and finance tasks by using SAP to create purchase orders, delivery notes, and goods receipts, as well as handling petty cash and coordinating purchases for both office and workshop needs. I also arrange travel and logistics for staff and visitors, from flight bookings to hotel reservations.
Since joining, and i go further beyond that to support in HSE system by registering the company in Tadweer portal and set up our waste management system, coordinating with service providers and ensuring compliance with local regulations

I have contributed to important company milestones, including successfully registering the company with CICPA, completing a commercial license amendment with ADDED, and helping the business expand its scope of activities. I also played a key role in preparing HR and admin documentation for ISO audits, designed and implemented HR policies and procedures. My role is hands-on, multi-tasking, and cross-departmental, and I take pride in being a reliable point of support for both employees and management.

During my time at EGA, I worked as the first point of contact for employees across departments, handling their HR queries and ensuring they received proper support.
