Maintaining proper time Records for various Hires Machines like excavator, roller, JCB, bobcat, wheel loader, Cranes, Bus, Pickups, Tippers, Load king, Trailer's, etc.
Sending newsletters and mails shots to staff members etc.
Answered Telephones and transferred calls to appropriate Staff members the equipment conversion through the system.
Arrangements hire equipment's, vehicles, Crane, as per site request.

Coordinating with the service Department and maintenance Department on Vehicles’ equipments maintenance.
Updating Equipment's and vehicle's registration, insurance, Tuv certificate in files.
Responsible for updating entire site data in system.
Good leadership skills
Excellent time management skills.
Supervising a fleet of more than 300 equipment's & vehicles.
Handling and managing more than 200 driver's and operator's and updating their data in system.
Creating Equipment's and vehicle's accidents report for internal investigation.
Proper Tagging & Stacking of materials.
Efficiently managing a team of driver's and EMV(Equipment, Machinery & Vehicle)
Responsible for scheduling driver's & operator's shift and supervised the use of vehicle.
Making sure that all transport fleet vehicles are properly maintained and serviced.
Regularly organizing vehicle and Equipment checks.

Managing time sheets for driver's, operator's and workers.
Documenting receipt of material in the relevant code with details like, location, Assigned, Weight of the material, unit, job number specification grade etc.

Proper Tagging & Stacking of materials.
Keep tracking on daily consumption.
Stock monitoring through system time to time for records of fast moving material before reaching to zero stock.
Updating location and material receiving as per Purchase Order in system updating of Site Returned Material through system.
Handling and Updating of Tools Possession Record & Safety Issuance.
Receiving the tools items etc against our Purchase Order & material request.
