Achievements: 1. As an Engineer Project Officer: a. I have executed projects related to the design and construction of CORIMEC /buildings inside Ton Ping and UN House. I have executed maintenance of Juba airfields, construction of helipads at YEI, installation of waste disposal systems at MSA 3 and MSA 4 inside Tong ping. I have performed construction of flood control systems at Tong ping, water treatment facilities at MSA-4. I have installed RFID infrastructure and solar light, constructed ASA and APC ramp for NEPBATT-2, water collection point, renovated laundry facility, constructed TUKUL at yei river state. b. I have executed maintenance and repair of MSR in juba-Yei, juba-Mangala and Rokon-Mundri-Maridi. I have constructed LAINYA bridge on MSR at yei. Sector South commander has given his kind commendation to few of my under command members who were directly working under my supervision at Yei. I have performed as task force commander at Mangala for MSR task. Duties as Construction Project Manager: In 19 Engineer Construction Battalion, I performed as project officer of 9 National and International projects like Improvement of Jatrabari Intersection to Pathcchar Bhanga through Mawa road of Dhaka-Khulna(N-8) Highway project costing $1100 M, Dhaka-Narayanganj-Demra project costing $550.8 M, Permanent bank protective work of Padma river costing $410.6 M, Ruma-Bogalake-Keokradon(RBK) Road project costing $90 M. Ruma-Bogalake-Keokradong Road Development Project: Establishing road communication between Bandarban and Ruma Regions. Mohalchari-Sindukchari-Jaliapara (MSJ) Road Project: Restoring communication between Manikchari Upazilla and Mohalchari Upazilla of Khagrachari district. Rangamati to Ranirhat, 25 km road construction and repair project: Restoring Rangamati-Chittagong road as quick as possible. Chimbuk (Y Junction)-Ruma Rd, Bandarban-Chimbuk, Dighinala-Baghaihat-Sajek road Maintenance: Reconstruction/Replacement of existing Bailey Bridges including maintenance of road in order to restore communication between Ruma and Chattagram and Dighinala to Sajek. On 13 June 2017, due to heavy rainfall, there were massive land slide in Rangamati, bandorban hilly districts. Rangamati became disconnected from chittagong. I along with my unit resources restored Rangamati-Chittagong road by 20 June 2017 successfully. I mastered plant vehicles, construction materials very quickly in coordinations with local contractors. I took the challenges of working in extreme weather and in life risking environment day and night. My contribution was published in print media( The Daily Star and The Independent) and TV media ( https://bit.ly/2SVU6S9 ) nationally and internationally ( broadcasted in Al Jazeera TV ). I constructed hospital, Mosque, drainage facility, plumbing service, water supply, graveyard, internal road communication of renovation work of resettlement project. I performed land acquisition for the projects. I have attended pre-shipment inspection to examine bridge decking joint and bridge deck seat at China and India. I supervised the construction of 02xPump stations, 03xPumping plants, 64xRCC Girder Bridges, 94km canal excavation, 10 hectare land acquisition work in DND project. Examining all documents relating to the contract including contract documents in coordination with team leader and chief material engineer to ensure quality control. b. Supervision of contractors to establish the site materials testing laboratory to ensure the quality of the construction material on site. c. Supervising, training and monitoring of duties of the Material engineers/technicians and Junior Engineers regarding all aspects of ensuring the quality of materials. d. Ensuring the quality of materials delivered to site, or manufactured on site, comply with the quality standards required by the Technical Specification, through inspection as per the manufacturer's certificates. e. Ensuring the properties of all materials making up the permanent works are in accordance with the quality standards required by the Technical Specification. f. Ensuring all concrete materials are tested in accordance with the provisions of the Technical Specifications. g. Supervising the implementation of appropriate record keeping procedures for materials and construction quality control. h. Reviewing and approving the materials aspects of "as built" drawings and records of completed works as prepared by the Contractors. 2. As a project officer of bridge end facility of PMBP: a. Studying, analysing and correcting the design structure and supervising the contractors and site engineers in construction works. b. Supervising the resident engineer and the contractors regarding the site preparation, progress of works. c. Reviewing and approving the materials aspects of "as built" drawings and records of completed works as prepared by the Contractors. Achievements: 1. I have examined contract documents Volume I-IV inclusive, quality assurance plan and the contractor's provisions for Quality Control. I have supervised the project material testing facility supported by on-site testing provision and inside laboratory test approved by material engineers. I supervised the of laboratory testing and in situ testing programmes. I performed approved standard test and report proforma in accordance with the Quality Assurance Plan. I established an archive library to keep record all material sample and documents. I carried out construction safety training to the engineers. I performed retrofitting work in few RCC bridges. My performance was appreciated by the CCO(Chief Coordinating Officer). Respected minister of Road transportation and bridge has also praised my duties several times during his technical visit. 2. I performed design review, ways to overcome the construction hazards and limitations and ensured over all construction quality of the project. I have conducted several technical visits by national and international VVIP in CSC, PMBP successfully. I went for pre-shipment inspection of bridge end facility items in Hong Kong and China.
Duties: 1. As MA to Ituri Brigade Commander: a. Planing and Coordination of VIP movement of the commander. b. Coordination of Military operational meetings and consulting with the Force Headquarter staffs. c. Supervision of military operation and civil Engineering works of the NEPENGR and BANENGR. d. Correct boarding of TCC personnels. Achievements: 1. I arranged and coordinated the airport security, move con facility and helicopter and fixed wing booking procedures for the VIPs. I guided the TCC contingents reading their loading regulations and ensured the correct loading of TCC personnels. Duties: 1. Maintaining and supervising the development of communication systems i.e. roads, bridges, culverts etc at Rajostholi, Kaptai and Chittagong hill tracks area. 2. Repairing of Jibtoli Cantonment's internal connecting route. 3. Construction of Duplex tourist cottage in Kaptai Lake Island, Jibtoli Cantonment. 4. Maintaining proper law and order situation and development of human resource in Rajostholi sub district area. 5. Planning, organising and constructing the road in hilly area ensuring safety and security. Achievements: 1.I could ensure the development of Rajostholi sub district of Chittagong hill tracks area with regards to community service i. e. Health, education, communication, relief etc.I constructed one school, one sports club, one computer training centre in Rajostholi sub district. 2. I reconstructed the Rajostholi market and excavated the sub district pond. I received recommendation from Commanding Officer 11 Riverine Engineer Battalion/Zone commander and Formation commander for my brilliant performance. 3. I could successfully complete the repair of Jibtoli Cantonment internal connecting route which connected the cantonment with nearby communities. I constructed a water transport jetty ghat which facilitated the operation of riverine engineer equipments. 4. I could successfully construct the duplex tourist cottage in Kaptai Lake Island, Jibtoli Cantonment. This facility turned the Jibtoli cantonment into a very attractive tourist venue.
Duties: 1. Train Non commissioned officers of Bangladesh Army on military training like explosives, demolition, field craft and construction of wire obstacles. 2. Supervise the construction of the training institution building, developing training ground and simulation room in the academy. 3. Train Non commissioned officers about the analysis of explosive threats and blast calculations, design of protective structures. 4. Developing training schedule, block detail syllabus and lesson plan on explosive and IEDD training. Achievement: 1. I could successfully train the Non commissioned officers on military training like explosives, demolition, field craft and construction of wire obstacles. I conducted ground training on handling of explosive and all the students gained skill and handled their explosives without any accident. 2. I constructed three water reservoirs for the Cantonment which facilitated the family accommodation area. I constructed HBB pavement road over embankment in the third brigade area. I constructed two firing ranges in savar cantonment. I constructed one storied shelter village in Ruppur, Sonargaon. I prepared the estimation of required equipment for emergency earthquake response facility. I arranged the fire fighting system in my unit and constructed cantonment boundary security wall of Savar Cantonment. 2. I maintained up-to-date knowledge of events relating to the security environment through monitoring(installation of CC Camera) of security incidents within the unit area. 3. I monitored and updated the implementation of the security contingency plan of my unit. As a result, no odd incident happened in my unit during my tenure. 4. I was appointed Several times as Bomb disposal team leader of unexploded bombs and IEDs recovered by law enforcement agencies. I was the commander of simulation of barrage of artillery fire with explosives during annual military training of 81 Infantry brigade at Maowna, Gazipur.

Establishing good coordination among Government authority, agencies, different NGO's and UNDP for judicial execution of disaster management. 2. Ensuring the security of the area for simultaneous smooth functioning of different organisations. 3. Collection, preservation and distribution of relief goods. 4. Restoring the socio-economic situation. 5. Guarding the Government owned key point installations. 6. Assisting in smooth functioning of the local law enforcing agencies. 7. Construction of cyclone shelter, mosque and hospital. Achievements: 1. On 15 November 2007, Cyclone SIDR struck the south-west coast of Bangladesh with winds up to 240 kilometres per hour. The category 4 storm was accompanied by tidal waves up to six meters. The most affected area was Soronkhola and Morelgonj sub district, Bagerhat District Bangladesh army was deployed on emergency duty for relief, restoration of law and order situation, reestablishing social community service and judicial distribution of National & International relief goods. On behalf of 18 Bangladesh Infantry Regiment, 55 Infantry Division, I was selected as the Team Leader of Soronkhola and Morelgonj sub district. During my tenure of duty, I had the privilege to work with different national and International NGOs and UNDP. I could successfully establish good coordination with different NGOs and UNDP for judicial execution of the Government's planning. I chaired the coordination meeting among the Government, NGOs and International organisations. I received recommendations from local Government authority, Commanding officer, 18 BIR and 55 Infantry Division for successful execution of the mission. 2. I ensured the security of the area for simultaneous smooth operation of Government authority, NGOs and different foreign Organisations. 3. I was Custodian of the mammoth amount of relief goods under my military protection. I could ensure the proper collection, correct preservation and judicial distribution of the relief goods. 4. I restored the socio-economic situation of the area through providing necessary tools and training to different professional personnel of society. 5. I ensured proper safety and security of the national important key installations like Electric power stations, Water supply pump, Hydro-electric power station, Local Government installations etc. 6. I assisted the law and order enforcement agencies to operate smoothly in my area through judicial involvement with the system. 7.
