I have performed construction of flood control systems at Tong ping, water treatment facilities at MSA-4. I have installed RFID infrastructure and solar light, constructed ASA and APC ramp for NEPBATT-2, water collection point, renovated laundry facility, constructed TUKUL at yei river state. b. I have executed maintenance and repair of MSR in juba-Yei, juba-Mangala and Rokon-Mundri-Maridi. I have constructed LAINYA bridge on MSR at yei. Sector South commander has given his kind commendation to few of my under command members who were directly working under my supervision at Yei. I took the challenges of working in extreme weather and in life risking environment day and night. Reviewing and approving the materials aspects of "as built" drawings and records of completed works as prepared by the Contractors. 2. As a project officer of bridge end facility of PMBP: a. Studying, analysing and correcting the design structure and supervising the contractors and site engineers in construction works. b. Supervising the resident engineer and the contractors regarding the site preparation, progress of works. c. Reviewing and approving the materials aspects of "as built" drawings and records of completed works as prepared by the Contractors. Achievements: 1. I have examined contract documents Volume I-IV inclusive, quality assurance plan and the contractor's provisions for Quality Control. I have supervised the project material testing facility supported by on-site testing provision and inside laboratory test approved by material engineers. I supervised the of laboratory testing and in situ testing programmes. I performed approved standard test and report proforma in accordance with the Quality Assurance Plan. I established an archive library to keep record all material sample and documents. I carried out construction safety training to the engineers. I performed retrofitting work in few RCC bridges. My performance was appreciated by the CCO(Chief Coordinating Officer). Respected minister of Road transportation and bridge has also praised my duties several times during his technical visit. 2. The category 4 storm was accompanied by tidal waves up to six meters. The most affected area was Soronkhola and Morelgonj sub district, Bagerhat District Bangladesh army was deployed on emergency duty for relief, restoration of law and order situation, reestablishing social community service and judicial distribution of National & International relief goods. On behalf of 18 Bangladesh Infantry Regiment, 55 Infantry Division, I was selected as the Team Leader of Soronkhola and Morelgonj sub district. During my tenure of duty, I had the privilege to work with different national and International NGOs and UNDP. I could successfully establish good coordination with different NGOs and UNDP for judicial execution of the Government's planning. I chaired the coordination meeting among the Government, NGOs and International organisations. I received recommendations from local Government authority, Commanding officer, 18 BIR and 55 Infantry Division for successful execution of the mission. 2. I was Custodian of the mammoth amount of relief goods under my military protection. I could ensure the proper collection, correct preservation and judicial distribution of the relief goods. 4. Leading under command troops and showing exemplary leadership attributes. 5. Management of troops administration and training. Achievements: 1. From march 2003 to august 2003, I performed as Chief Operation Officer in Adamjee Jute mill and ensured the successful re-instalment and rehabilitation work of heavy machinarie of the largest jute mill of asian continent and ensure overall Security of Adamjee Jute Mill, Narayangonj, Dhaka. 2. I supervised the earth filling and excavation of Mirpur DOHS (Defence Officers Housing Scheme), dhaka which raised the ground level of the area and thereby reduced possibility of inundation. 3. From November 2002 to February 2003, I performed as assistant operation control officer in planning and execution of Operation Clean Heart 2003 in Sutrapur sub district, Dhaka. I arrested criminals following unorthodox methods and handed over to law enforcing agencies thereby security environment of dhaka city improved. 4. I won the best bayonet fighter medal in 14 Independent Engineer Brigade formation level competition. I won the bronze medal in formation level swimming competition. 5. I maintained the proper management of troops administration in unit level including accommodation, foods, treatment, recreation. I imported the correct training to my under command troops
