Managing Director in Jordan and General Manager in Saudi Arabia.
• As a pioneer of MULICHEM, I had identified and selected multiple potential chemical products from local
and international markets for their marketing/sales in local and international markets.
• I have segregated and segmented the target customers, end users and markets on the basis of their needs.
• I have made and implemented effective Marketing Plans through customer visits & modern exploration tools.
• I have Marketed selected products in local and international markets in various sectors like wise Refineries,
Oil & Gas Drilling, Petrochemicals, Food & Feed, Pharma, Mining, General Industry, Water Treatment and
Galvanizing etc.

• I actively participated as exhibitor and visitor in different exhibitions held in KSA & UAE and marketed our

We-Power, Saudi Transtec, Arab Plast, 4-Ps etc.
• I have given ideas and designed an attractive company brochure as a marketing tool.
• I also prepared different handouts and designed company exhibition stalls for effective marketing of our
products.
• I successfully introduced company products to international customers in regions like South East Africa,
Srilanka, Bangladesh, Pakistan, INDIA and whole GCC.
• I have developed new business for the company in local & international markets and lifted sales turnover
from 6Million/Annum to 15 Million/Annum with a GP of 20%.
• I have added more than 20 Products in line and enhanced product portfolio of the company, 4 times more
than the previous one. Products handled are Food & feed Additives, Polymers, filter aids and chemicals for
water treatment. Catalysts and adsorbents for refining industries. Mud Chemicals for Oil Drilling, Chemical
Additives for Foam, paint, artificial marble and fiberglass etc.
• I had started local sales from scratch and succeeded to achieve sales figure of 6 Million in very first year.
• I got successfully registered MULICHEM as vendor with ARAMCO, SABIC, SWCC, SCECO, MARAFIQ,
MAADEN, SIPCHEM, CHEMANOL, JANA, NALCO, METITO, CHEVRON, SLB, ADVANCED etc.
• Negotiated with manufacturers & suppliers to get product quota allocated for export/local sales and got
market competitive rates which supported me to increase sales volumes.
• I started indent business for the company in local & in international markets.
• I prepared effective sales & Marketing Plans through comparative statements based on market intelligence
reports.
• I drafted import/export/sales/purchase and credit policies of the company.
• I am controlling financial cycle through effective Budgeting & forecasting by setting monthly, quarterly and
yearly sales and collection targets
• I monitored customers complaints of quality/quantity & safety and minimized these up to NUL Level.
• I am keeping eye on different departments of the company, for timely executions of P.Os, Shipments, L/Cs
& Payments etc.
• I am managing logistics and operational activities of the company to avoid detentions and demurrages on
ports and borders.
• I also acted as Project Manager for the upcoming manufacturing project by MULICHEM for Alkyd Resin
Plant. I was involved in finding technology supplier, plant commissioning agent, investors, off takers, J.Vs
etc. and negotiating with them to get this project executed on time.
