My primary role involves engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and confidently guiding them through our offerings - including customized events and premium chocolate arrangements.

I handle both in-store and external sales, communicate with potential and existing clients, and provide personalized recommendations to suit each occasion. Whether it’s a birthday, wedding, or corporate event, I ensure every detail is handled with care and creativity. My goal is not only to sell, but to build lasting relationships, making sure every client walks away happy and excited to return.
